Unshackle Upstate Endorses Sue Serino for State Senate

Unshackle Upstate (www.unshackleupstate.com), through its political action committee UPAC, today announced its endorsement of Sue Serino’s re-election campaign in the 41st Senate district.
“We’re proud to support Sue Serino’s campaign because she’s demonstrated a strong commitment to easing New Yorkers’ tax burden and promoting job growth in the Hudson Valley,” said Greg Biryla, executive director of Unshackle Upstate. “Families and businesses need a Senator who will protect the property tax cap, support real mandate relief and bring jobs back to our communities. We believe that Sue Serino will fight for those goals and we encourage voters to re-elect her on November 8.”

Prior to receiving Unshackle Upstate’s endorsement, Sue Serino and the 33 other candidates – comprised of incumbents and challengers – were vetted using the organization’s Legislative Scorecard grades, questionnaire responses and input from regional business leaders.
